For our summer seminar, we headed north to Cadzand-Bad, a seaside resort located in the Netherlands and 100 km from the agency, on June 30 and July 1.

An awareness seminar on environmental issues at Ititoca in January 2021 sowed the seeds for Corporate Social Responsibility commitment within the Optimal Ways team.
Datadock certified since 2017, our Optimal Ways Academy training center embarked on Qualiopi certification, the national quality standard for training, in February 2021.

For our traditional summer seminar, the Optimal Ways team met at the Prés du Hem park, located in the Lille metropole area near Armentières. This park is a gorgeous 120 hectares nature reserve with a large artificial lake.
To start the new year 2021, the Optimal Ways team participated in a seminar at the Ititoca House,a resourcing and inspiration place launched in 2018 par Cédric Leprince-Ringuet by Cédric Leprince-Ringuet on the banks of the Marcq River in Wasquehal.
