After three years of commitment to a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach and 9 months of intensive work, we are proud to announce that Optimal Ways has obtained B Corp certification. This achievement marks an important milestone in our journey towards more sustainable and responsible e-commerce.

We are also delighted to join the community of 8,000 certified B Corp companies worldwide.

What is B Corp Certification?

B Corp certification is a global recognition awarded to companies that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. It is awarded by B Lab, a non-profit organization, and represents a concrete commitment to using business as a force for good.

A Three-Year Journey Towards Sustainability

Our CSR approach began three years ago with a clear vision: to integrate the principles of sustainability and social responsibility into the core of our operations and corporate culture. Here are some of the initiatives we have implemented:

• Reducing our carbon footprint: Joining Enercoop, a French cooperative provider of renewable electricity, reducing our electricity needs, optimizing our business travel, and further reducing our electricity consumption.
• Community engagement: Partnering with the 1% for the Planet France collective to support social and environmental projects, and engaging in volunteer activities with charitable associations in the Lille metropolitan area.
• Employee well-being: Implementing workplace well-being policies and ongoing training programs.

Nine Months of Intensive Work

Obtaining B Corp certification was not an easy journey. We dedicated nine months to examining and improving our practices, following a rigorous evaluation process. This certification is the result of a collective effort by our entire team, who committed to meeting and exceeding the high standards required.

For us, B Corp certification is not an end in itself but a starting point to go even further in our commitment to sustainability and ethics. It offers several advantages:
