The personal data used are :
• Identification data : name, surname, email address, postal address, phone number. ; data concerning candidates are kept 2 years after the last contact or during the duration of the contract.
• Website-related data : IP address, duration of session, logs, cookies ; logs are kept 12 months.
• Users’ contact management : duration of session, statistics, the purpose of the contact; they are kept 3 years after the last contact.
• Audience statistics about the websites ; they are kept 24 months.

In any case, OPTIMALWAYS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to ensure an adequate level of security for personal data collected and processed on the Website or through associated services.
