For our traditional summer seminar, the Optimal Ways team met at the Prés du Hem park, located in the Lille metropole area near Armentières. This park is a gorgeous 120 hectares nature reserve with a large artificial lake.

Our morning was dedicated to knowledge management. Presentations, brainstorming and sharing helped us to optimize the knowledge management and know-how within the consulting agency and training center, Optimal Ways Academy.

Then we enjoyed a gourmet picnic by the lake, made of delightful truffle sandwiches created by Truffe & Baguette, Truffe & Baguette, Lille’s new “gourmet street food” hotspot.In the afternoon the team discovered the “giant paddle”.

It’s all about balance! At first it required some adaptations, then the team spirit took on and the two crews skilfully went around the lake.  A speed battle ended the day with many laughters
