During the 8th edition of MeasureCamp, held on March 5th, 2016, in London, Nicolas Malo, Optimal Ways founder, gave a workshop called « Customer Experience Metrics ». This workshop meant to focus on the valuable indicators to follow in order to measure cutomers’ experience.
