To Support sustainable employability
We believe in the value of mutual aid. That’s why, since 2019, we’ve been supporting the Jérôme Gayet Foundation, which helps people who are far from employment find sustainable employability.
We have also delved into the world of the social and solidarity economy (SSE) by supporting the Bouquinerie du Sart, an association for integration through work which, since 2015, has enabled people staying in shelters to find employment.

Our actions
Support to active and committed associations
Thanks to financial donations, office furniture and computers and as well as the provision of our offices, Optimal Ways participates in the sustainable employability objectives of the Jérôme Gayet Foundation and the Bouquinerie du Sart.
A skills sponsorship for the Bouquinerie du Sart ecommerce team helped them improve the management of their constantly growing merchant website.
Volunteer work.
A half-day of volunteer work was done with the Bouquinerie du Sart team for by ten team members!
Joys
Taking part in the development of associations that serve society has made us aware of the impact we can have.
The time spent at the Bouquinerie du Sart allowed us to discover another reality and to appreciate the work done for the reintegration of people far from employment. This voluntary action represented 25 hours of work for the Bouquinerie.
The sponsorship of skills on the dashboards has allowed a better management of the ecommerce website of the Bouquinerie which is a real success.
