The third edition of our Positive Aperitif took place on Syneido’s fabulous rooftop in early June, a vibrant evening marked by commitment and collective energy.
The aim of this event is to raise awareness among our clients and partners about corporate social responsibility (CSR) issues through concrete testimonials from committed stakeholders.
Syneido, a pioneering communications agency based on collective intelligence and certified B Corp, opened its doors to bring together agents of change. The evening was naturally marked by collaboration and team spirit, with the aim of rethinking the business world in the face of current challenges.
In an increasingly turbulent economic climate, the key question was: How can we continue to have a positive impact as a business? Five inspiring guests took the floor to share their visions and experiences.
Cédric Leprince Ringuet, founder of Ititoca, opened the discussion with a powerful idea: ‘Developing a positive impact is not about doing more, it’s about doing things differently…’ He invited us to embrace a change in society, where individualism and materialism give way to genuine cooperation and a return to human values. A joyful, effective and sustainable transition is not a dream, but a possible reality, provided we rethink our daily lives.
Marie-Pierre Gras, founder of Coopgreen, then discussed concrete levers for action to engage companies on the path to social responsibility. ‘It doesn’t matter where you start, the important thing is to take action,’ she said. From regional labelling to B Corp certifications and more specific CSR labels, she showed us that tomorrow’s economy can be regenerative, fair and inclusive.
Antoine Leguin and Jeanne Sallard, from the 1% for the Planet France collective, highlighted the power of businesses to support environmental initiatives. By simply donating 1% of their turnover, businesses can increase their positive impact on the planet and communities. This is a powerful commitment to a cause that concerns us all: preserving our environment and promoting sustainable economies.
Olivier Harduin, spokesperson for the Choisis ta Planète association, moved us with his account of three years of support from Optimal Ways, via the 1% for the Planet collective. Thanks to this programme, 250 pupils in years 5 and 6 took part in a Challenge Planète and became ambassadors for change themselves.
Finally, Ophélie Pouillon introduced us to Tissel, a community hub in Roubaix, where eight social and solidarity economy organisations work hand in hand to offer sustainable and inclusive alternatives. It is an inspiring place where businesses are invited to reconnect with strong human values through seminars, workshops and team-building activities. The Optimal Ways team enthusiastically tested this meaningful place.
And what would a Positive Aperitif be without a sensory experience? We had the chance to taste the delicious creations of the caterer Quanta, an ESAT (Établissement et Service d’Aide par le Travail), which, through its commitment, enables adults with disabilities to flourish professionally. A great way to combine pleasure and social impact!
In conclusion, this evening was a true celebration of collective action, sustainable commitment and the optimism that drives us to make a difference. Together, we shared ideas, dreams and, above all, concrete actions to build a future that is more respectful of our planet and its inhabitants.
Thank you to all the participants and speakers for helping to make this moment so memorable and full of hope!
