As part of our CSR commitments and our B Corp certification, in September 2024 we launched a brand new knowledge-sharing format for our customers: Breakfast & Learn! These friendly get-togethers are the ideal opportunity to build skills on key subjects, in collaboration with our experts and partners.
Following previous editions dedicated to server-side use cases, campaign attribution measurement and consent optimisation, ecommerce journey analysis, and websites digital accessibility, and GA4 integrations, we welcomed two ObservePoint representatives to our April session: Sarah Hector, Manager, Business Development EMEA, and Michael Fong, Senior Manager, Product Marketing.
ObservePoint is an automated web governance solution that helps companies manage the growing complexity of their MarTech stack, meet regulatory requirements and ensure data quality and privacy. Optimal Ways has been an ObservePoint partner for over a decade.
Michael shared with us some very interesting information on the various challenges and practical solutions for improving technical performance and data quality:
- technical performance: improve Core Web Vitals by reducing the weight of pages, removing tags and inauthentic or erroneous Javascript code,
- data quality: avoid frequent errors such as pages without analytics tags, inconsistent variables and double tagging,
- governance & compliance: RGPD, ePrivacy and Consent Mode compliance,
- accessibility: European Accessibility Act (EAA) comes into force on 28 June 2025. 0.4% of Internet users are blind, 7.4% visually impaired.
A big thank you to all of you for your presence and your commitment, which made this event a real success!
