For our spring seminar, the Optimal Ways team got together for a day rich in exchanges, discoveries… and enigmas!

The morning began with a time for collective reflection on artificial intelligence, a subject at the heart of changes in our businesses. Together, guided by Rémi Grésillon, we explored the many facets of AI, its practical applications in our everyday working lives, its opportunities, but also the ethical challenges it raises. It was a fascinating and stimulating presentation, which has fed into our strategic vision.

In the afternoon, the atmosphere changes! We headed to Tissel, an emblematic site in Roubaix, for a fun immersion in the world of the circular economy through an escape game like no other.

Welcomed by Ophélie Poillon, game master and true guide to this astonishing universe, we took over the 11,000 m² of the former Ternynck Frères textile factory, now converted into an inspiring space dedicated to sustainable innovation.

This building steeped in history, transformed into a dynamic ecosystem, is now home to young companies committed to a circular economy approach, combining local know-how and responsible modernity:

… but also the structures:

Through a series of riddles and clues, we discovered the secrets of circular transformation, in an immersive and collaborative setting. It was an original and practical way of tackling environmental issues while strengthening our team spirit.

The treasure trove of factories is no longer a mystery to the Optimal Ways team!
