NRF Europe: Our Adventure Inside the Retail Tech Startup Hub

Between September 16 and 18, 2025, our team at Optimal Ways had the honor of exhibiting in the Start Up Hub during the very first edition of NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show Europe .

Powered by the amazing La Retail Tech team — Barbara SARRE-DEROUBAIX , Mike Hadjadj 🛍️ and Julia Massoteau — the Startup Hub brought together 60+ startups from 15 countries.

For us, it was a double win: reconnecting with the key players in retail & e-commerce, while discovering innovative tech solutions that open the door to exciting new collaborations.

Every day at NRF Europe was buzzing with startup pitch battles and inspiring client stories. We were proud to step on stage too, with our CEO Nicolas Malo representing Optimal Ways in the competition (see here).

And among the many startups we discovered, a few real gems stood out… We sat down with them for quick interviews — and we’re excited to share their insights here.
