Mais cette stabilit\u00e9 est <strong>temporaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember4094\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Un recours type <strong>Schrems III<\/strong> est largement anticip\u00e9, comme cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas pour Safe Harbor puis Privacy Shield.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember4095\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Sc\u00e9narios possibles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>maintien du DPF mais exigences renforc\u00e9es,<\/li>\n<li>invalidation partielle (types de donn\u00e9es \/ secteurs),<\/li>\n<li>invalidation totale, impliquant un retour aux SCC et aux analyses d\u2019impact pouss\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember4097\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Ce que les organisations doivent faire d\u00e8s maintenant :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cartographier pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les flux vers les US,<\/li>\n<li>identifier des alternatives europ\u00e9ennes,<\/li>\n<li>pr\u00e9parer un plan de bascule,<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance quand c\u2019est possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"ember4099\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\u2705 <strong>Point cl\u00e9<\/strong> : le DPF est un <strong>sursis<\/strong>, pas une solution d\u00e9finitive.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ember4100\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-2\">4) Digital Omnibus : simplification\u2026 mais aussi durcissement<\/h2>\n<p id=\"ember4101\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Le projet <strong>Digital Omnibus<\/strong> vise \u00e0 rationaliser l\u2019empilement des textes (RGPD, DSA, DMA, Data Act, AI Act\u2026).
