On January 10, the entire Optimal Ways team took part in the first seminar of 2025, in Roubaix, with the aim of taking stock of 2024 and looking ahead to the new year. We were welcomed at <\/span>la Maison d\u2019Alfred<\/a><\/strong>, an emblematic residence built in 1870 by the founder of a great Roubaix dynasty, the embodiment of the \u201cfilateurs du Nord\u201d, Alfred Motte. Today, it is home to a center for corporate transformation: leadership, creativity, entrepreneurship, self-knowledge, a program of enriching workshops and a pleasant seminar venue.<\/span><\/p>\n

The day was also an opportunity to welcome Andrea<\/strong>, a Skema Business School student from Mexico, who is joining us for six months.<\/span><\/p>\n

The year 2024 was marked by innovative projects and successful partnerships, such as Breakfast & Learn<\/strong><\/a>, the brand-new format for sharing knowledge between our partners and customers, the company’s B Corp label<\/strong><\/a> and the renewal of Qualiopi certification<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

A large part of the day was devoted to reviewing and providing feedback on our 2024 objectives using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology, as well as defining our 2025 objectives, such as our new Ecommerce Analysis training<\/strong><\/a> offer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Last but not least, this seminar gave us the opportunity to start the year with a laugh and a sense of togetherness, thanks to Antonio and his laughter yoga class! A unique and beneficial experience; a first for most of us. The laughter was contagious!<\/span><\/p>\n
