In her testimony, Catherine Gallais shared her analysis of the profound changes taking place in the textile market. Faced with both structural and cyclical changes, this sector is facing <strong>unprecedented challenges<\/strong>. She stressed the importance for RougeGorge of remaining true to its <strong>singular value proposition<\/strong> in a fiercely competitive market. The company relies on a <strong>strong raison d&#8217;\u00eatre<\/strong> (<em>&#8220;Supporting the feminine, in its free expression, to move the world forward in a fairer and more sustainable way&#8221;)<\/em> and a <strong>clear ambition<\/strong> to be a committed brand, combining proximity to its customers, operational efficiency enhanced by digital, and <strong>technological agility<\/strong> through lightweight IT tools, in SaaS mode, enabling good responsiveness. The integration of<strong>Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> is a strategic axis for RougeGorge. Although relatively new to the company, AI has rapidly established itself as a key lever for<strong>operational efficiency<\/strong>.
