Our seminars are always an opportunity to step back, reflect on the past months, revisit our goals, and envision the future. It’s this approach that gives us that “special something extra” in how we approach our work.

This autumn, the Optimal Ways team gathered at Mont des Cats, a charming spot in the Hauts-de-France region, offering stunning views of the Flanders countryside, for a seminar focused on internal tools.

Continuous improvement is our guiding principle. During the seminar, we discussed the tools we use at Optimal Ways and explored ways to enhance their application. In small groups, we participated in workshops led by our Technical Director and Consulting Director, who skillfully integrated team input into their presentations.

No seminar is complete without discovering a unique location. This time, we visited the abbey of Mont des Cats, famed for its delicious cheese.

Our experience was made even more special thanks to the warm hospitality of Audrey and Nicolas from the Raspoutine Social Club, a modern estaminet perfect for relaxing, dining, working, and playing. Audrey curated a selection of Flemish games for everyone to enjoy.

This memorable team moment was also the perfect occasion to celebrate Optimal Ways’ 13th anniversary. Thirteen years of growth, fresh ideas, dedication to our clients, and a continued commitment to our CSR approach.

This autumn gave us more than just a breath of fresh air, it infused us with renewed energy for 2024!
